• After the declaration of 12th result, if you found you are pass, then visit your school on the date of issue of the mark sheet.
• Following that submit the required documents and put your signature to receive it.

Note- The original marksheet is very important. If you lost it, then you are supposed to get a duplicate one. Better you can take photocopies of the mark list to keep the original one safe. You need to get attestation from the gazetted officer in your marksheet when you proceed for the higher education.
